The blood circulation stimulated by using the breast pump makes your breasts look fuller and firmer after just a short time. With enough applications, you will get noticeably firmer and more beautiful breasts.

Before using the suction cup, apply plenty of cream all over the breast. Prepare the breast tissue for the vacuum treatment with a short massage. Put the suction cup on the breast, press gently and create the vacuum. Gradually increase the vacuum. The negative pressure causes your breast to expand in the cup. During use, alternately increase and reduce the suction effect (by closing and opening the pressure regulator). This will transport more blood into your breast (closing) and allow it to flow back slightly (opening).

Use the breast pump for a maximum of 20 minutes and make sure that it always feels comfortable. If the breast suction cup does not fit or seal well, remove it and place it again in a more comfortable and pleasant position. As you increase the vacuum, the breast may be visibly pink to light red. However, use should be stopped immediately if the breast turns dark red to blue and/or you feel pain.

Before use: Clean and dry the breasts and nipples to ensure a tight fit.
